the layout
There is no real german counterpart to dvorak, but I found something that looks good: maybe it is,
but it is neither well known nor have their been lots of studies. Further information can be found
here.
I basically copied the positions of normal characters, everything else was put where I liked it.
Take a look at the following pictures, they show the left part of the keyboard and the right one
below. Additionally, some multimedia keys are shown near the right part.
Your thumbs hit the four lower keys, the first finger the
six keys around it (home row for right hand: rnsf).
The second and third fingers are only responsible for three keys each,
while the fourth finger has to touch five keys.
